Agents in this market know that short sales are prevalent in the marketplace but often do not want to spend the time working through a short sale with a buyer or seller because of the time it takes to get the transaction approved. However, more agents are accepting and marketing short sale listings and buyer's agents are able to present more homes to their clients when they include the plethora of short sales in their search for the perfect home.

By not only listing and marketing a short sale but also showing the property to buyers, agents can better serve their clients.
